We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment can be made using an eligible credit or debit card. Payment is charged in connection with your order.
You will not be charged an amount greater than the amount approved at the time of purchase.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return an eligible product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received and should include the original packaging.
Returns & Customer Support
If you wish to return one or more purchased items, please contact our customer service team before sending the product back.
Our support team will provide applicable return instructions, including an RMA number and prepaid return shipping label where applicable.
Return Instructions
Print and affix the provided return label to the outside of your return package and send the product to the fulfillment center address listed below.
To qualify for a refund under the stated return period, the returned package must arrive at our facility within thirty (30) days of receiving the product.
Health & Hygiene Returns
For sealed goods that are not suitable for return because of health protection or hygiene reasons, return eligibility may cease once the seal has been broken after delivery.
Refund Processing
Once our fulfillment center receives your package and confirms the return, the applicable refund will be processed.
Refunds are credited back through the applicable payment method and may take approximately 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
